Saint Mary Catholic School utilizes the ALERTNOW notification system to send emails and/or telephone messages to parents regarding important reminders, upcoming events, and delayed openings, closings, or early dismissals. Each family is encouraged to keep a current email address on file with the school office.

In addition, the WCPS Public Information Office issues e-mail communicating early dismissals and important announcements.  SMCS recommends monitoring multiple sources for information related to school schedule changes, such as the WCPS website, Antietam Cable Channel 99, and numerous local and regional radio and television stations.
